My work was born long before I ever knew the word coach.
Life did not offer me gentle transitions. It offered storms, losses, and seasons that completely reshaped who I thought I was.
And yet, in the moments when I felt most lost, I discovered something unexpected — a quiet inner wisdom that whispered, There is more for you. Keep going.
That voice became my lifeline.
It taught me to trust the intelligence of my body, reconnect with my inner truth, and understand that healing is not about becoming someone new — but returning to who you truly are beneath the pain, pressure, and expectations.
